Upon watching the 2003 classic, Charlie\u2019s Angels: Full Throttle, one comes away with many questions. Does the sentence \u201cShe won the Nobel Prize in Astrophysics for her work on flying mammals!\u201d make any sense at all? And if you\u2019re about to battle a group of bad guys who use swords and giant hammers, wouldn\u2019t you want to wear some sort of padding and not a miniskirt? And is Justin Theroux\u2019s Irish accent good? I personally go back and forth on that last one (Editor\u2019s note: It\u2019s not a good accent). But most importantly, you start to wonder \u201chow do I get my hands on that 1967 Signet Gold Pontiac GTO?\u201d Well, we have the definitive answer to one of those questions. And that answer, oddly enough, involves TouchUpDirect.

Starting in the hands of a mute, shirtless assassin and ending up in a convent run by a Carrie Fisher nun, the gorgeous gold GTO is singled out by this weird movie as a truly rad vehicle. But in real life, the car didn\u2019t end up at an orphanage financed entirely by Crispin Glover. It traveled from Charlie\u2019s Angels fan to Charlie\u2019s Angels fan, getting ever shabbier with each new owner. Until it came to a man that we will call Ted. Ted saw that Randy the Mute Assassin\u2019s beloved GTO was in a state of disrepair. So, he turned to us. And what are the odds that we would even have the exact shade Signet Gold made for the 1967 Pontiac? Pretty good, actually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We sent him so much gold paint. Enough that he painted the entire car. The GTO once again glowed as bright as it did when Cameron Diaz was trying to distract the assassin with surfing innuendo. Did I mention that this movie was weird?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But now our story turns bittersweet. For though Ted had put his energy and love into making the GTO shine again, it was time for the car to move on once more. And so, he sadly bade farewell to the beautiful gold car of Randy Emmers, vaguely competent assassin. Where will the GTO go next? To you, perhaps<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
